Drew (the owner) was super nice, knowledgeable, on time and very reasonably priced. He stressed his willingness to return if I had any more issues. I'd much rather utilize local businesses than deal with large chain companies, whose primary objective is to sell their product. This was my first time using this company, and I look forward to working with Drew in the future. Definitely 5 stars!

Now that I have had Freedom come back regularly , not a bug, of any type dare enter my home ! What I so enjoy is the time Drew spent educating me on how the 'little nasties' sneak in under the foundation seeking water.
